To cure diseases in BitLife, you will need to visit a doctor in the game. In the event where you contract a disease, you will usually get a pop-up that will allow you to see a medical professional. 

In other cases, players can cure diseases in Bitlife by visiting the doctor's tab in the game. The doctor tab can be found under the activity tab, and clicking on it will give players the following options.

• Alternative Doctor
• Emergency Room
• Psychiatrist
• Optometrist
• Doctor
• Witch Doctor

Each option can provide the player with different types of treatments depending on the illness players are afflicted with. All have degrees of success, with the Doctor, Emergency Room being the best option for most illnesses.

For mental Illness, players will need to visit the Psychiatrist to get help, while the Witch Doctor is a random option that has a random to low chance of helping players. The Emergency Room is for life-threatening ailments, and alternative Doctors are for certain diseases and should only really be used in selective cases. 

Overall, it's straightforward to cure diseases in the game, and if you are ever left wondering what to do, simply just visit the doctor first. If they can't cure what's wrong with your character, fall back to the other medical options, with Witch Doctors being the last resort.
