Coromon is an upcoming Pokémon-inspired game that harkens back to the old-school classic monster-catching days. In a recent trailer, it received a release date of March 31, 2022. While fans wait for the full release, a demo on Steam is available to try out now. Those checking it out may be wondering if progress from the demo will transfer to the full game.
The answer is yes—players will be able to transfer their Coromon demo progress to the full game. Developer TRAGsoft confirmed this via Twitter which you can check out below. Unfortunately, the demo is only available on Steam, so it is unclear if players can transfer their data to the Nintendo Switch upon release.

Good news for people who play the demo! After some deliberation we found a way to transfer the most important data of your demo save file upon release. This includes your Coromon, quest progress and items.
But note that all XP beyond the max level in the demo will be reverted.
— Coromon (@CoromonTheGame) March 3, 2020In the demo, players can get a feel for Coromon, its monsters, world, and gameplay before deciding if they wish to purchase the full game. Those who play through the demo can continue right where they left off when launch day arrives.
If you don't know what Coromon is yet, you have a little bit of time before it releases! Check out the demo and watch the announcement date trailer below!
