Best moves for Sylveon
Sylveon is a Sp. Defensive Pokémon with an equally high Sp. Attack stat. This means that it’s better off keeping special attacks over physical ones like Play Rough. Given that, below are the best moves it can learn.

All these moves can be learned from the Move Tutor, Zisu.
Moves that are used by Pokémon of the same type have their base damage increased by 50%. We call this same-type attack bonus (STAB).
